GUITAR HARMONY HELPER — VERSION 1 PERSONAL LICENSE
Ultima Music — Terms version 1.0

1. Purchase and use. The price is $25 USD, paid once. Your personal license
allows one person to install and use Guitar Harmony Helper on up to two
computers. You may make a backup copy. Your right to use version 1 is permanent.
Version 1 bug fixes and updates are included without an additional charge.
Future major versions may be sold separately and are not included in this purchase.
There is no recurring subscription charge for this license.

2. Activation. Import the license file provided after your purchase to activate
the desktop application. Keep a backup of that file. Test licenses do not
activate the paid application. The two-computer allowance is a license term;
the application does not remotely count or deactivate installations.

3. Ownership. Ultima Music retains ownership of its application code and
branding. Your original music and project files remain yours. You are
responsible for rights in music you import. Except where applicable law or
third-party licenses permit, you may not sell, sublicense or redistribute
the proprietary application or your license file, remove ownership notices,
or represent the application as your own product.

4. Third-party components. Components are licensed separately under the
licenses supplied in the licenses folder. Those rights take precedence over
any conflicting restriction here. You may replace LGPL-covered Qt libraries
and plugins with compatible modified versions and reverse engineer this
application to debug modifications to those libraries. No Ultima Music
permission or signing key is required for that replacement. See
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt and QT-LIBRARY-REPLACEMENT.txt.

5. Technical support and refunds. If a technical problem prevents you from
using Guitar Harmony Helper, contact customerservice@guitarharmonyhelper.com.
We will work with you to troubleshoot it. If we cannot resolve the problem,
you may request a refund. No specific support response time is promised.
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Your files. Back up your projects. Uninstalling the application does not
change ownership of your music or cancel rights under third-party licenses.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies or liabilities
that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
